Satisfaction Guarantee
If after 6 months of our service you are not completely satisfied and wish to cancel your service, you can cancel your contract and we will refund up to 6 months of monthly management fees.
Tenant Placement Guarantee
We guarantee successful tenant placement. You don’t pay us until we’ve delivered results. This means we handle all the upfront work—aggressively marketing your property, screening tenants, managing paperwork, and conducting a thorough move-in inspection—before you owe us anything. Our goal is to secure a qualified tenant for your property.
Tenant Fulfillment Guarantee
If a tenant placed by Coastal Oak Property Management, Inc. does not fulfill at least 9 months of their lease term, we will find a replacement tenant at no additional cost to you. This guarantee ensures that your property remains occupied and profitable.
30-Day Lease Guarantee
We are confident in our ability to lease your property quickly. If we are unable to secure a tenant within 30 days, we will provide one month of management services free of charge. This guarantee underscores our commitment to minimizing vacancy periods for your property.
Vacancy Guarantee
If your property is vacant, you don't pay our monthly management fee. This ensures you are only paying for monthly management when there's a paying resident in your property.
Response Guarantee
If we don't respond to a phone call, text, or email from an owner or tenant within 24 hours of receiving it, we will refund our management fee for that month.
